Our house was built in 1911 and is bursting with historic charm. We have renovated every room in the time we've owned it so it is up to date with all the modern necessities and extras like the steam shower in the master bathroom, heated bathroom floors, claw foot tubs, beverage fridge, and a weather tight sunroom to be enjoyed year around. The house sits on 1/3 acre in the middle of a family neighborhood walking distance to all of our favorite restaurants and cultural offerings downtown. Our outdoor spaces include a covered porch, grilling/dining patio and another patio between the house and detached 2 car garage that is perfect for morning sun and coffee. We are moving right up the street, so will be available if you need anything. Downstairs: mudroom, large open kitchen and dinning room great for entertaining, laundry room and stand up "house manager" desk off the kitchen with a laundry shoot for dirty clothes from upstairs, cozy living room, welcoming open foyer that goes out to the front porch, gorgeous sunroom updated with state of the art windows allowing year around comfort, master suite with 2 closes, heated bathroom floors, claw foot tub, double vanity made from an 18th century French dining buffet, and a two headed steam shower with large bench. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms each with 4 windows to let all the beautiful light in throughout the day, one bedroom doesn't have a closet, so it's perfect for an office, bathroom features heated floors, claw foot tub, shower and custom double vanity. Some of the furnishings in the pictures will be different when we move out, but all rooms will be serviceable and I will be sure to keep the style similar. There are not currently beds in the office and TV rooms upstairs, but we could arrange to have them if needed. We can also store any furniture not needed by renters.
All utilities are included (power, water, propane, internet, yard mowing). Renters are responsible for snow removal. Town picks up trash and recycling from the street. Lease can end at the end of April or June. No smoking of any kind inside.
