The layout is hotel-style and open, with a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa that together sleep four. Furnishings are clean and minimalist, which keeps the floor plan feeling roomy rather than crowded. About the kitchen area: this is a kitchenette, not a full kitchen. It includes a sink, microwave, mini refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and basic dishware. There is no stovetop or oven. It's well suited to coffee, breakfast, snacks, and reheating, and it's a natural fit for guests who plan to explore the Grand Strand's seafood and local flavor rather than cook every meal at home. Step out onto your own private balcony, and enjoy access to the community pool and hot tub (availability is seasonal, so please ask if winter access matters to your stay). You're directly across the street from the beach and just minutes from the Boardwalk's dining and shopping, with easy access to everything Myrtle Beach has to offer. Please note: Golf carts, motorcycles, scooters, trailers, buses, and overnight parking of commercial vehicles are strictly prohibited. The condo does not receive mail service. For extended stays, we suggest to establish a PO Box for regular mail delivery if needed. Payment Terms: Guests are responsible for applicable taxes and a cleaning fee in addition to rent. Full payment for the stay is due before the arrival date. Payment by card is required. Owner pays all utilities and pest control.
