Hey there! I'm looking for someone to rent a private room in the 3 bed / 2 bath duplex I rent from my grandma. The room is about 150 sq. ft. and has two big windows with window sills super cute and gets lots of natural light. Rent is $900/month plus shared utilities (Wi-Fi, PG&E, and SMUD). You'd have the guest bathroom mostly to yourself since I'm in the master with a private bath. There's also a big backyard with a patio, in-unit washer and dryer and driveway parking. The place is a little bare at the moment, my old roommate took some of the shared furniture when they moved out, but I'm in the process of redecorating and making it cozy again. I will add more pics as I update. A bit about me: I'm a 33-year-old professional working full-time (9am 5pm). I have two big friendly dogs and one outdoor cat, so I'm looking for someone who is comfortable with animals. I also have friends over now and then, but I'm always mindful about keeping the vibe relaxed and respectful.
