Convenience: Drip coffee in the morning, record player for sunset moments, and a hot tub for evening relaxation. Flat rate available depending on the number of nights and pets. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house except supplies closet Other things to note - We are not refilling the gas BBQ grill, l so you would have to bring the empty tank to Home Depot or Walmart to exchange due to our housekeeper no longer doing this. - The cleaning company charges us 35 per pet per night. Please contact the host if you have pets. - The 5th bedroom is a garage conversion. It has two twin sofa beds and a split AC. - The sofa bed in the garage is a top bed and a pull-out bed at the bottom. Each of them is a twin bed. - Please note that we do not provide firewood to use for the two outdoor fire-pits, you would have to bring your own. - We need your help to put the trash into the dumpster and not the enclosure. Animal comes and scatters all the trash and we get fine from the city. - Indoor fireplace is not available for use. - Please note that we only do spa cleaning service once a week. If you would love to use the spa, please inform us before your arrival and confirm at least 24 hours before check-in. Your share fee will be $20 (spa cleaning service is $50, we pay $30, and guests will pay $20,) and we will make sure that the spa is cleaned for you to use. -Please put the cover of the hot tub/jacuzzi after use. -We offer early check-in and late check-out (if available) for a small fee
