Unfortunately, lake permits for boating/swimming/fishing are not available to renters, but you will be able to use the community pool in the summer. I am a professor who is temporarily abroad working on research, so my home is available to rent until August 2026 (when I expect to return). I have packed up my personal items into the garage, but the furniture is there for you. I left enough room in the garage for you to park at least a small car, and there are also plenty of unassigned outdoor spaces around the community. I would prefer to leave the utilities in my name. Water is included (it's provided unmetered by the condominium association). However, I will ask you to pay me the gas/electric at actual cost; I'll send you the bill I get from Xcel Energy.
