Utilities WIFI (NO router, or ethernet cable available) RENT DUE DATE: Dec. 1, 2026 Payment is due Nov. 15, 2026 unless other arrangements are made. Jan. and Feb. 2027 are due on the 1st of the month. Payments received after the 5th of each month, will have an additional fee of $100.00. Rent not paid on the 5th is also subjected to immediate eviction and no refund of security deposit. Breaking any resort rules, are subjected to hefty fines from the Resort/HOA and owner. Rules: Parties Disorderly conduct Exceeding maximum occupancy of two Loud Music Smoking Pets Open Flames Hanging anything off of the balcony railing *RESPONSIBILITY: The owner, me, is not responsible for the following: ~Any accidents, injuries, death or illness that occurs while on the premises or the facilities. ~The loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. ~For damages to vehicles, theft, or any items left inside vehicle. ~For any towing, fines or booting charges. *REFUNDS: ~There will not be a refund, if a water feature is unexpectedly closed. ~No refunds for early departure. ~Refunds are granted only if there is a mandatory city evacuation and/or of the resort. *PESTS & OTHER CRITTERS: . You as the guest, agree to allow Pest Control or Maintenance to enter the condo. ~Please be aware that if you deny entry to pest control or maintenance for necessary services, a fee of $50.00 will be assessed. Thank you for your understanding and support in this important matter! To ensure a clean and comfortable stay, our condo receives regular monthly pest control treatments as a preventative measure. While these treatments are very effective, there is a chance you may encounter a Palmetto bug or other insects shortly following the treatment. ~We would like to inform you that it typically takes up to 72 hours for the pest control treatment to fully take effect.~ During this time frame, you may occasionally see a stray bug or insect. Please do not be concerned if this happens; it is a normal part of the process, and we want to assure you that we are here to help. We are happy to come and clean it up for you and will gladly re-treat the area if needed to provide you with complete peace of mind.
