House Rules & Notes: No Parties: Parties strictly prohibited; violators face eviction, a $1000 fine, and additional fees. Late Same-Day Check-In: For same-day check-ins after 1 PM, expect unit preparation until 6 PM due to scheduling. Pet Policy: Dogs allowed; cat stays case-by-case, with fees.
