Nestled in a quiet Hollywood Hills neighborhood, it's attached to the bottom of our house, only a ten-minute walk to the trailhead of Runyon Canyon hiking trail, a ten-minute drive to Universal Studios and a twenty-minute walk to the Hollywood Bowl. Includes terrific views of the Hollywood sign, Griffith Observatory, and all the way to downtown LA. The studio has its own private entrance on the side of the house. A walkway off the driveway leads to the stairs down to the entrance. There's a keypad lock system for hassle and key-free entry. A house cat would work but it's not very dog friendly, definitely no smoking, nor any illegal drug use. We're looking for someone quiet and respectful. Soonest it'll be available is April 15th, but more likely May 1st. Rent is $2,000/mo (utilities, wifi and select streaming services incl.) and we'd love to get first and last upon move-in, but that's negotiable. Please note, when it's available the studio will have the pull-out bed but otherwise will be unfurnished. Reasonable street parking situation. No smoking or drug use. No extended overnight guests. No gatherings of 3 or more people without prior consent. Last month's rent due at signing. 6 month minimum stay preferred.
