Close to hospitals, the Fire Island watertaxi, dining, ocean beaches and state parks. Lease occupancy is negotiable. South Shore Stays is a private residence. When booked, it must be used for personal leisure time and can not be used for any meetings of any kind, interviews, photo/film shoots, parties, fundraisers, or anything other than quiet peaceful enjoyment. If any of these are done without permission, the rental agreement becomes null and void. This is a private, quiet residential townhouse intended to be enjoyed by the guests. The comfort of all guests are my priority and must be protected. Please do not move the furniture around. These is a $200 rearrangement fee from the cleaners.
