The building with that amazing BLINK mural that everyone talks about! This is the first time this great lofted space next to Findlay Market has been available since the entire building was finished being totally renovated about 5 years ago. One of the best places to hang out in all of OTR, but without all the noise that comes from being directly on the market. (We had a renter before renovations were done, so I'll be taking proper photos of the space soon, but this gives you a good feel for it to start things off). We really love how well everything turned out after rehabbing the building for 2 years. The hardwood floors are gorgeous, the ceilings are high, the living space is perfect when you have friends over for whatever you picked up earlier in the day from Findlay Market and the sleeping area is lofted above so your personal space stays seperated from where friends will hang out. 7 W Elder is in the heart of the Brewery District with plenty to do within walking distance. Entertainment is easy to find in the many great places that have sprung up around Findlay to make this the new big thing in OTR. The floor plan is perfect for urban living and intended to be affordable for the people working in local businesses that make this neighborhood so great! This is the first time this apartment has come on the market since the building was fully renovated in 2020 because our renters tend to stay much longer than most building, so I'm looking forward to finding the next person to join the building!
