Newly renovated apartment, half a block from Findlay Market, one of the best places to hang out in all of OTR, but without the noise that comes from being directly on the market. Great historic windows and huge amounts of natural light. We really love how well it all turned out after rehabbing the building for the past year and half. The hardwood floors are gorgeous, the kitchen is going to be perfect for size of the space and will serve you well when you have friends over to cook and drink whatever you've brought over from the Market. All the great places that have sprung up around Findlay have made this the new big thing in OTR. The floorplan is perfect for urban living and we intended to have some apartments in the building that were affordable for the people working in the bars and restaurants that have made the neighborhood so great. There are 2 units in the building like this and I expect both of them to rent pretty quickly, so I'm looking forward to finding some great people to move in. Everything is newly renovated, insulated and efficient, so we're expecting the utilities to be unusually low.
