One is 100 square feet with walk in closet, the other is 125 square feet with a single closet. Other shared spaces include living room and kitchen on main level; laundry, family/TV room, and "extra" room in basement. Located minutes from CSM campus and walking distance to Colorado Mills Mall. One covered parking space plus up to 3 other spaces on site and street. There is one tenant (F) in the house who will stay through May 2027. Female renters preferred, but not absolutely required. Renters will be approved by existing tenant. Tours will be arranged based on availability of landlord and current tenant schedules. 1 year lease preferred, but negotiable because we know target market is CSM students. Utility costs are included in rent. Fast Wifi internet is provided.
