I am subleasing my 24 hour unit that can be used at anytime for your business, storage, hobbies, art, or just a place to get away from noisy neighbors or rommates for a few hours a day to get things done. The furniture can be removed if desired : ) About the unit: HIgh Ceilings Heater Electricity Parking Lot Desk and Chair Microwave Mini Fridge and Freezer Shelves Sofa Building info: -24 hour Elevator and Stairs Access -Toilets and Washing Sink on each floor -Parking lot and street parking -Security Cameras at EVERY entrance -Security Cameras in the parking lots This unit is small, but cozy. It's a quiet and safe community of mostly small business owners and some artists, it's NOT a place for anyone to live or be a bad tenant and disturb the other neighbors. Playing loud music or watching loud movies for everyone in the building to hear in not allowed in my unit. -The rent is $190 a month and will be just a month to month obligation after the new year. -The deposit for the unit, key and keycard is $350; the same amount the property still has of my money. I am not concerned with small scrapes, holes or scratches; these can be easily fixed. I am no cheat and am not trying to find ways to unfairly take your deposit for minor damage : ) - I will need to see proof of residency and employment or student status. - A criminal background check will be run as well. - A reference would also be helpful, but not necessary. - You will be required to follow the rules of the property.
