We are an affordable alternative to dorm living with all the comforts of home. Holden Court Apartments is located next to Fitzgerald Hall on the UCM campus. 2 designated parking spaces come with each apartment so there is no need to pay for a parking tag on campus or drive around looking for a parking spot. Walk out your door and you are on campus. Our apartments are very affordable with water, sewer and trash included with the rent. Tenants are responsible for paying for the electricity. This property is cat-friendly (no dogs) but we do require an additional $350 deposit per cat along with an additional $25/month fee per cat. 2 pet limit. No Smoking. **Renters Insurance Required**
