There is an unfurnished room available in the lower level with a private bathroom (shower, sink, and vanity) and large living room area that can fit a large couch, desk, entertainment center. There are pictures of the bedroom and living room furnished right now. The entire downstairs area is yours. The rest of the home is fully furnished. There is a washer & dryer downstairs too. The kitchen is a shared space. Utilities are split equally. 12 month lease Must complete application with a credit check.
