The apartment, which has just been renovated, is attached to the side of the main home, and is NOT a basement apartment, i.e. there is plenty of natural light! It has its own private entrances, with no connectivity to the main home. We are located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a beautiful, quiet, safe, and peaceful neighborhood. Bedroom (queen-sized bed), bathroom, and kitchenette; all private -- no sharing needed The kitchenette includes mini-fridge, toaster oven, microwave, and a portable double burner (no stovetop); the kitchen stocked with dishes, cutlery and glassware. Free access to internet; TV with Roku Clean and plenty of light No laundry facility; but Laundromat is a 2-minute drive away Location: 10-15 mins drive from Old Town Alexandria 10 mins drive from the GW parkway, the bike, and running trails 15-20 mins drive to National Airport 10 mins drive to Kingstowne (restaurants, shops and movies) 15-20 mins drive to Springfield 10-15 mins drive to Fort Belvoir 10 mins drive to Huntington Metro Station (bus stop at the end of the street; free parking in cul-de-sac) Minutes from grocery stores, restaurants and many other shops All utilities are included, payment of rent on time is a must, and proof of employment (ability to pay rent) required.
