The Media Room has a full-size pull-out sofa bed, a 65" Smart TV, games, books, and puzzles, along with an office desk for work-cations. All linens and towels are provided. Parking is available for up to 5 cars, with 2 in the garage and 3 in the driveway. Pets are allowed with a $100 USD fee per pet, which is added to the reservation's nightly rate. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. No smoking or vaping is allowed at the house or near open doors or windows. Smoking outdoors on the property is allowed, but cigarette butts must be thrown in the trash. Unregistered guests are not allowed, and extra guests spending the night that are not accounted for could generate extra fees. Stained sheets or towels must be paid for to replace them. Any violation of house rules could cost part of or the entire security deposit and even the non-refundable cancellation of the reservation, depending on the severity of the violation.
