It's an easy 10-minute drive to downtown, but is also only a 12-minute drive to Golden. The best part of this pad is all the views overlooking a wooded area with a creek. You can hear the creek year round. The views inside the house are amazing in all four seasons, especially with the large living room windows. This cozy hideaway also features a gas fireplace. Flip it on in the morning with a cup of coffee, and flip it on at night with a glass of wine. Have a friend over for a beer on the sunny ramp and patio deck on a warm day.
