Room available for Spring 2015 Semester, beginning as soon as possible until the end of the semester or until August. I will be studying abroad in Germany and won't be back until August! Rent is $250 a month plus utilities. Utilities for the house do not ad up to much each month. It is figured that it would only be about $300 all together every month. Coin laundry on site as well as free parking behind the house. There are 5 other wonderful girls living in the house and it is a good sized place. The house is by Wilson Park and a block away from Burger King, so about a 5 min walk to classes. Contact me for more info!
