Looking for someone to sublease a room for Jan - Jun 2015. You would be able to move in at the end on December. This is a great house located close to campus and about a 5 minute walk. There is a spacious living room, a kitchen shared with 5 other roommates (that are wonderful people!), two refrigerators, laundry in the basement, plenty of parking in the back of the house, cute front porch, and lots of storage in the basement. I am willing to negotiate the rent and you would only have to pay for Jan - April because May's rent is already paid for. Plus you'll have a great landlord to work with!Owner plows the driveways and parking lot that is included in rent. There is free parking in the back. Utilities are not included (water, electricity, internet) which is usually $20 - $40 a month which is spilt between 6 people.
