    New custom built home w territorial views of the Willamette Valley for rent (fully furnished if desired). The house has gorgeous view from all rooms (some floor to ceiling). The house is on a hill tucked in the trees, providing privacy and a peaceful serenity. The master bedroom is on main floor and the other rooms are in the daylight basement with the garage. The master bedroom has a large bathroom and walk in closet. There are 3 rooms in the daylight basement - 2 bedrooms and an office (easily used as a bedroom). The rooms in the daylight basement share a sizable bathroom with a door between the potty and shower/bathtub and double mirror and sinks. See pictures. The house was designed with an open living feel. Off the kitchen there is a dining area, walk in pantry and 1/2 bath. There is also a sizable laundry room with a sink, and plenty of storage. This room connects to a family room. Two of the four walls in the family room are all windows to capture the view. There is a two car garage with one-side being double deep. The other side is a traditional garage with a carport outside the garage. There is storage space in the garage. The house includes a video camera security system. The house is on the North East side of Corvallis. It is a less than 15 minute drive to downtown Corvallis and approximately a 25 minute drive to downtown Albany, Philomath and/or Monmouth. In addition, it is a 1 hour drive to the coast, Eugene and Salem, 1.5 hr drive to Portland and 2.5 hour drive to central Oregon. The house is adjacent to a state forest and with hundreds of miles of hiking/walking and biking trails. Additional information and/or tours are optional to approved applicants. Lease Terms 12 month preferred but negotiable for longer and depending on situation shorter term. 1st and last month rent required at time of signing contract No smoking allowed. Pets are allowed and we can discuss the situation. Pet deposit required and negotiable based on animals Normal utilities - paid by lessee Water -- billed quarterly (4x a year); Shared well that is maintained by the district. Mostly leaves being blown from the porch and drainage on the driveway Owner pays the internet fees as part of the rental of the house. All other utilities are for the renter to organize and pay. We have all the contacts for gas, electricity, water and trash pickup. There are 4 main utilities (electricity, water, gas and trash). The utilities are very reasonable. Most of the items can be negotiate. We are flexible within reason. We'd prefer a long term lease or annual lease, there is NO smoking and there is plenty of parking. It is a 2 car garage and then plenty of parking. We can discuss pets. We just want to assure it is a good fit for the house. It is the tentants responsibility to maintain the yard (which is very minimal as the house is in the forest). Most of the yard is just nature. The tenant is responsible for cleaning the house and basic maintenance of the house (cleaning, damage, etc...). We are looking for mutual respect. The house can be fully furnished. We can discuss. The house is 4 years old, had incredible views, all new appliances and beautiful hard work floors, tile, etc... There is a large all window bonus room. The house does include a large 72 inch TV bc it fits the living room perfect and island stools. Again bc they fit perfect with the island. The island is 10x5 and great for serving meals.
