The apartment (~920 sq ft): modern kitchen, living room plus a separate den that works as a home office or kids room, dining nook, primary bedroom with full bath and walk-in closet, updated half bath, full-size stacked washer/dryer, private patio, oversized garage bay with additional storage, plus a driveway space. The homestead: we live in the main house next door and keep chickens, honey bees, and a seasonal vegetable garden. Fresh eggs, honey, and produce are often available to share.
