The house is currently being renovated and should be available around November 15th. Also we will update the pictures as progress continues.
We take hud and allow pets.
The house is close to the city park just down from the ymca and has a big level backyard.
During the renovation we will be painting inside and outside, new roof, new plumbing, new electrical, new flooring throughout and anything else we see that needs replaced.
It will pretty much be a new house.
There is a $300 non refundable pet deposit per pet. And a $50 monthly pet fee per pet.
Tenants are responsible for electric, gas, water, sewer, trash, and yard maintenance.
