Cats allowed, but not dogs. Pet deposit ($250) and pet rent ($25/month) is in addition to monthly rent and security deposit. Tenants are responsible for maintaining the unit in original condition. We have on street parking only at this location. You will need an overnight permit (can obtain at City of Milwaukee Parking Enforcement web site) and it is highly recommended to get an annual daytime permit at low cost, which you can get from 1st District Police Station or online. Heat, hot water, cooking gas and electric utility are included in rent. Tenant is responsible for water/sewer utility (~$12 per month or $35 per quarter). Lease term is 1 year. We do a credit check and background check on all applicants. Minimum income requirement is 2 1/2 times monthly rent (~$1580 gross, pretax, income per month).
