The payment can be made using check, money order, Venmo, Cashapp, or Paypal, but not cash. No smoking allowed in the building. Cats are welcome, but not dogs. Pet deposit and pet rent are in addition to standard monthly rent and deposit. We do not have off street parking available at this location, which means you will nee to get a daytime and overnight permit for on street parking. The daytime permit is available from the District 1 police station. Overnight permits can also be obtained at the district station.
