It is on the bus routes to downtown and U.W. Milwaukee and has a streetcar pickup point 3 blocks away. We are also located two blocks from Brady Street, a social hub. Tenant will be responsible for electric bill, water/sewer and cable utilities. The water/sewer bill is set around $35 per quarter (every 3 months). This is a no smoking building, so if you are a smoker, you must smoke outside the premises. There are no parking spots currently available, so on street parking requires an overnight permit (from Milwaukee Parking Enforcement) for overnight parking and a daytime permit (obtainable from the District 1 police station) for daytime parking. You can get up to date information on parking regulations and permits from the City of Milwaukee web site. You must have a signed lease to get parking permits.
