Tours can only be arranged at the convenience of existing tenants. This is spacious, recently updated in-town townhouse. There are three bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and a one car garage. The kitchen has white cabinets, marble tile backsplash, dark gray granite countertops and GE Stainless Appliances. A convection oven, French door refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave are provided. The great room and all bedrooms have carpet. A large deck is off the living room providing a covered/fenced courtyard beneath. The townhouse has an electric hot water heater and a newer gas furnace/energy efficient HVAC. This home is equipped with a Simplisafe security/fire system and tenants must subscribe to the monitoring service. The entry level features a garage and a flex room/bedroom with outside access and a private full bathroom. There are two additional bedrooms with private baths on the 3rd level. Both of these bedrooms have vaulted ceilings, gracious sized closets and the rooms will accommodate king size beds. You will not find 3 bedrooms this large in newer townhomes. On the main level, the elegant kitchen opens to a large living room with a gas fireplace. Step out of the living room on to a deck large enough for seating and dining. On the 2nd level there is also a laundry room with washer/dryer(new) furnished, as well as a 1/2 bath. There is also additional storage in the ladder access attic. The driveway will accommodate one car/truck. For additional cars and guests, there is street parking close to the townhouse and throughout the neighborhood. The landlord will consider dogs based on breed, age & number of dogs. The non-refundable pet fee is $500 as that's almost what it costs to clean the carpets with pet odor removal. Annacey Park is a quiet, safe neighborhood with many owner neighbors. It has a professionally managed POA that doesn't tolerate by-law violations. The landlord pays all POA fees and trash pickup. Tenants pay all utilities: Power, Water, Internet, Cable, Security System. Tenant is responsible for maintaining area inside the fenced back yard in a neat and orderly fashion and keeping the grass cut with a weed eater. This is for an Annual Lease only. Successful applicants will show proof of adequate income (2.5x rent), have a MINIMUM credit score of 660 and pass a credit/background check. No exceptions. For adults applying together to live as roommates, each individual must apply and the least will be "joint & several". No more than 3 "roommate" residents allowed. You can't beat the location just off Laurens/Henderson Road in the well kept subdivision of Annacey Park. From this location you can be downtown or Woodruff Road in 10 minutes and I-car or I-85 un under 5 minutes. There are many shopping and dining options close by - some even walkable. This is for an Annual Lease only. Successful applicants will show proof of adequate income (2.5x rent), have a MINIMUM credit score of 660 and pass a credit/background check. No exceptions.
