Occupancy Limits Only the individuals listed on the lease agreement may reside at the property. Long-term guests (more than 14 days) require landlord approval. Smoking/Vaping Policy Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the home and garage. Payment Terms & Fees Rent must be paid on or before the due date specified in the final lease agreement. Late fees, returned payment fees, and other charges will follow the guidelines set in the lease contract. Property Condition Tenant agrees to keep the home in good condition and return it in similar condition at move-out, excluding normal wear and tear.
