**(Available starting 1/2/19)** This is for two rooms and a bathroom in a three room / two bath home and you will be sharing the home with me. Common rooms (Living room and kitchen) will be furnished, but the rooms being rented will not. Rent includes all utilities and internet but the home does not have cable/dish. Rent also includes a parking spot in the garage. Small and Medium sized dogs are allowed but I will want to meet them first since I have a dog of my own. The back fence is only 4ft tall so please take that into account if you have dogs that jump. This is a smoke/drug free property. There is a deposit of one month's rent and if you have a dog there is a $200 non-refundable pet fee. Applicants will be required to submit to a background and credit check.
