We will pay for the FIRST TWO MONTHS, so your average stay comes down to $979/month/room for 12 months! The apartment is furnished (including washer/dryer) with lots of kitchen storage and very spacious living and bedrooms. It's also west-facing featuring great views of the sunset throughout the year! It's about a 15 minute walk to Kelley/Luddy with a bus stop to IU right outside the apartment. Other amenities include a pool, 24hr gym, study rooms, amazon hub, and more! My roommate is also trying to sublease her portion so all inquiries are welcome, regardless of gender! 08/25 - 07/26 fees total $42 per month (liability insurance, trash, internet, maintenance) water included electricity variable
