It is a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom, furnished apartment at the Park on Morton, and there are female undergrads living in the other three rooms, so I am looking for a female only. The apartment complex is only two years old and has lots of amenities such as a park, fitness room, outdoor pool, game room, computers (free printing), free tanning bed, and a parking garage. The apartment has a full kitchen and shared living area, washer and dryer, and a balcony.
