    Affordable townhome in a wonderful location. Just a half block from Sioux Park. Great way to enjoy the park and the bike path and Rapid Creek. Close to shopping and baseball games and all the fun things that West Rapid City has to offer. Home was built in 1985 with 6-inch walls for lower heating bills. Two bedrooms up and a bath and a half. Nice family room in the lower level could also be used as a bedroom or a family room. The second level deck is great for sitting on and watching the world. It's also convenient for grilling and picnicking. A few updates would make this a gem of a find, but it's priced at a point where those updates could be made.
