All windows are double-paned for both energy and noise. I write a 1 year lease, then it automatically converts to a month-to-month with 30 day vacate notice. I require security deposit and first month's rent (prorated if not starting on the 1st) on lease signing. The initial payment must be made with a cashiers check. Subsequent rent payments can be made with check, Zelle or Venmo. This is a non-smoking apartment.
