Bear Trap is known for excellent fishing, and our cabin right around the corner from the sand bar is a hot spot, even right off the dock! You can cruise the boat over to the connected lake Wapogasset and pull right up the restaurant/bar for dinner. There is also a little store with gas available on the water. Our cabin is located just 3 miles from the town of Amery for all your groceries, restaurants, hardware etc, and even closer to the beautiful Amery golf course. The light up the lake tradition and fireworks display over the water on the 4th are a wonderful Bear Trap tradition. All this rest and relaxation just an hour outside the twin cities metro.
