The renter to pay all utilities - approx. $8 water, $45 sewage/trash, $150 electricity summer months, $20-40 for gas in summer and $150 for winter heating. Expect around total $250 a month for utilities. Deposit and the first month are required at the time of signing the contract. Lawn mower is there for tenant's use and expected.
