Includes trash/recycle pick up, WiFi, water, washer and dryer, and front yard landscaping only. Parking is on the street, usually right in front of the house/same street. This is a perfect place for a single working professional, couple, or friends. It's also 1/2 block from the light rail, 5-10 minutes from I-70 (to the mountains) or 36 (to Boulder) and 30 minutes from Denver International Airport. This pad has three levels with two bedrooms and one bath. There is a master bedroom and a guest room/office. There is a cute back patio/deck to hang out and have meals. The back area has access to the alley to load/unload gear or take out the trash. In the basement, there is a washer and dryer and storage area for gear, including a space to hang bikes. Cats ok (unfurnished). No smoking indoors please. I'm looking for respectful, responsive and clean tenant(s) during this time. If this sounds like a fit, please fill out an application! This house has been inspected and licensed by the city of Denver as a rental, which is a requirement. Renter responsible for monthly rental rate, security deposit, utilities and pet rental fee (if applicable). Owner covers trash removal, landscaping (main front yard only), water and internet. Only cats only. No smoking indoors. There is permitted street parking which is always easy to find within one block of the house and provided by City of Denver flex pass. Renter pays first month rent and a refundable damage deposit that will be returned at the end of the renter's term and upon satisfactory inspection. Looking for renter for one year beginning on Sept. 21, 2025 with possibility to extend. Short term furnished options may be negotiable for a unique and fitting tenant. Looking for quiet, clean, respectful and professionally minded tenant(s) that will take care of this sweet home that has been cared for.
