The bathroom features a tub/shower (it is an older tub, but it is in good condition), pedestal sink, new faucet, new toilet, and lots of shelving for storage. Living room features two closets for extra storage and a new window blind. The apartment has central heat and air conditioning and a digital thermostat. The apartment complex offers off-street parking, a sixteen-camera security system, and an on-site laundry facility with two washers and three dryers (one dryer is currently down). Landlord pays for water, sewer, and trash (dumped twice weekly). Tenant pays for electricity and cable/internet.
