Tenants pays electricity. Water, sewer, garbage, and compost included with rent. Pet rent $50 per month. Pets on case-by-case basis. Required Move-In Funds - First month's rent $2,000 and refundable security deposit equal to one month's rent, $2,000. All applicants must view available unit before applying. $53 credit application fee per persons over 18 years old. Reusable tenant screening reports are not accepted. IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ TO SEE IF YOU QUALIFY - Screening Criteria: Before filling out an application, please review our list of criteria below. If you feel you meet the criteria, please apply. 1. Photo I.D; Driver's License or State Issued ID card and Social Security card. 2. Credit report that demonstrates a willingness to pay financial obligations in a timely fashion and a FICO score of at least 675. 3. No records of eviction. 4. Favorable responses from references and previous landlords. 5. Employment History and Sufficient Income: Gross monthly income of 2.75 times the amount of the monthly rent per applicant. 6. Income verifiable through 3 months pay stubs, employer contact, and/or tax records. All other income, including self-employment, verified through tax records. 7. 3 current months bank statements. 8. Rental History verifiable from unbiased sources. If related by blood or marriage to one of the previous landlords listed, or the rental history does not include at least two previous landlords, the application may be declined, or may require a qualified co-signer on the rental agreement. Qualified co-signers must meet all screening criteria plus make 3 times the amount of rent. 9. An up-front payment of approximately two month's rent (first and security deposit) is required by cashier's check or money order when signing rental contract. 10. If additional time is needed to complete the application due to a disability, a reasonable accommodation will be made. 11. This unit/landlord is not required to or voluntarily setting aside the unit for vulnerable populations. 12. Please note the property is smoke-free. 13.
