It's not in a terrible neighborhood either. My husband lived in that neighborhood his entire life, And we have raised our kids in that house for the past 5 years, so no it's not horrible. I was just getting $1175 a month but after the terrible tenants we just evicted, I wanted to lower it, in hopes of finding reliable tenants. We are looking to rent to own this home possibly after a year or two of showing you are trustworthy. .. We are finishing the remodel of our 1400 sqft 4/2 mobile home.There is work that we have to do in order to have it ready for move in. It should be ready in two weeks. We just went through eviction and do not want to deal with it again. If you can not pay 1050 a month then do not call or text us. If you do not want to be decent people, then do not call or text us! I have my own bills to pay as well as mortgage on the home still so we are strict on rent payment, again if u can not afford the payment then find something else. The last people left it nasty, my yard is a wreck so we have work to do. We live in Kissimmee and my husband works 6 days a week. We will be out there tomorrow which is Sunday to do repairs, and clean up do we will be able to show the home. It is not in a park.
