The large driveway provides off street parking for 2, 3 if you stack them. There is no garage. The home is not in a flood plain but is in the popular Washington Township school system. It is only a few hundred yards from the Monon Trail and just a mile north of the Broad Ripple Village. It is just 3 miles from Keystone Crossing, the Fashion Mall and Interstate 465. It is an easy drive to the north side hospitals and downtown Indianapolis. The lot is approximately 50 feet wide and 260 feet deep with mature trees and update landscaping. Landlord pays for spring and summer lawn care. Fall leaf removal is included in the price. This means you get all of the benefits of a big yard and mature trees and someone else takes care of it all saving you time and money. We may consider accepting a small animal depending on the age, weight and breed. We do charge $50 more per month and a $500 refundable pet deposit if approved. This is a special place and rarely do you see homes like this available for rent on this popular portion of the river.
