    The country NW of Schroeder and NE of Finland represents one of those big blank spots on the map. The vision is one of simplicity, getting back to basics. A place to disappear, unwind, relax, recall how it can be. If you like, modernize as you see fit, easy enough to bring in power, get a heater in place, etc. And, keep mindful of the rich web of life the cabin dwells in. Spring ephemerals pop out including a carpet of bloodroot. Moose and bears have been “seen” on the wildlife cameras. Salamanders and frogs somehow freeze then thaw in the forest litter – miraculous! On close inspection, it’s rather mind-blowing the ways of these boreal maple woods! Come see, buy, make the dream reality!
