I have a 4 bedroom 1 bath 2 story home for rent. It has a fenced in yard and a detached garage (more of a shed really). Appliances included: refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher. Mud room has hookups for washer and dryer. Tenant will have to go through an application screening. We will need to have proof of income and references. Tenant will be responsible for Consumers (gas and electic), and trash. Landlord pays water and sewer. We are going to interview candidates and the house will be available 12/1/2013. The security deposit is 700, and at lease signing we will need the first months rent and security deposit. Up to 3 pets (ie cats/dogs no exotic animals) are allowed for an additional $100 up front fee. To speed up the process you can print and fill out an application before appointment to see the house.
