The home has been recently updated with new hardwood floors and paint. The yard is very private with woods and the neighborhood is safe and quiet. $950 includes all utilities (trash, wifi, water, electric, gas, lawn) No pets or smokers. I'm a real estate agent and laid back in the week days but social on the weekend. I'm very tidy and love to play volleyball and paddleboard or hike! The other roomate loves thrifting, concerts, and going out on the weekend. She's also laid back in the week and we are clean in the common areas.
