TRUE 4 BED NEW CONSTRUCTION 2 LIVING ROOMS DUPLEX 2 FULL BATHROOMS 1 on each floor BAR LIKE KITCHEN ELEVATOR SHARED BACKYARD LAUNDRY ROOM Hello everyone, I have a beautiful TRUE 4 bedroom (doesn't need to be converted) DUPLEX apartment in the East Village. Its a duplex apt with 2 full bathrooms,One on each floor. There are tons of closets, is prewired for internet, and has hard wood floors. There is a shared backyard for the building which is great for laying out/ grilling, dinner parties etc. Its also an elevator building with a clean well lit laundry room. Oh the building is pet friendly as well. I personally rent from this landlord ( 11 years ) and the reason why I have stayed so long - unlike stuy town with there 500 to 800 rent increases these guys have raised the rent usually 100 to 200 bucks a year. I think they are a quality landlord. The building is a new construction so has very thick walls. There is a new police station across the street which in regards to safety is actually pretty great. Its only for detectives and parking meters so no loud sirens but makes the block one of the safest in the East Village. The area is awesome- The F train is blocks away at 1st Ave and 1st street (24 hour stop) and that literally goes straight up 6th avenue to NYU, West Village- Penn station, Bryant Park, Rockefeller and finally Central park, the J,M,Z are 3 blocks away (8 min) Theres a huge running track on Houston a block over where Zog sports plays a lot of games. Two free Outside public swimming are a block away as well. There's a Whole Foods down Houston street with a YMCA that has an Olympic sized swimming pool. SOHO, Lower East Side, NYU, Greenwich Village, Nolita, and of course all the East Village are close by. Oh MTA has a website now that tells you the exact minute when the bus will be on the corner. I will happily answer any questions you have about details of the apt, showing times and move in dates. If you would like to view the apartment my cell is . Please only emails with a contact number. Cheers, Nicholas
