All bedroom fit fulls or queens, have windows and there are 3 closets in the apt. There is a SHARED BACKYARD for the building which is great for laying out/ grilling, dinner parties etc. The apartment is prewired for internet, and has hard wood floors. Its also an elevator building with a clean well lit LAUNDRY ROOM. There is a FITNESS ROOM with brand new machines (bought May 15th 2016) in the building. Oh the building is pet friendly as well. All of our 3 beds are the same size, etc. Here are a couple photos of one that they decorated well. Flexible landlord, guarantors are allowed from anywhere in the US, sublets ok, Being a broker I can choose any of my landlords buildings to live in and I chose these guys. After 8 years they have been great with repairs, re sanded my floors half way through my lease, repainted the walls when we requested it, and their rent increases have been modest. One of the newest police stations in Manhattan is across the street which in regards to safety is actually pretty great. Its only for detectives and parking meters so no loud sirens but makes the block one of the safest in the East Village. This is an occupied apt so the landlord is expecting that I'm either meeting clients or at least talking with them by phone before bothering his tenants. Besides there are to many variables like showing times, move in dates, details of the apt etc to work only by email.
