Walls are being touched up before new tenant enters and carpets cleaned etc. Townsend will also be conducting a pre-move in inspection after I move out. Owner pays for lawn care and building maintenance. Tenant pays utilities. Lease terms are negotiable from short term 3 month leases to 2 year leases.
