There is a one-time cleaning fee of $390 added at the time of booking. Optional bi-weekly or weekly cleaning services can also be scheduled on an hourly basis to meet your preferences. As a Canadian-based company, our baseline rates are listed in CAD. While some international platforms may auto-convert prices to USD, a clear, transparent breakdown showing both currencies will be provided on the final page before you confirm your booking. A license to occupy agreement is mandatory to be signed as soon as the reservation is confirmed. 2. A Damage Deposit is required to be paid once the reservation is confirmed. It is refundable upon checkout if no damage has occurred to the unit/house. 3. If your stay is more than 30 days, there will a mid-stay cleaning fee added after every 30 days. 4. Please note you must be 25 years or older to make a reservation. 5. All our properties have a $500 bylaw fine for smoking within the unit and the building. This includes vaping and marijuana.
