Large aquaferFine dining facilityArtesian wellGreat school system

This beautiful land is nested in the Historic Lord Howe Valley with views along the Adirondacks, consists of 150 acres of rolling hills-the site of the French and Indian War, Battle on Snowshoes, in 1759. On the outskirts of this property is the wonderful community of Ticonderoga, New York. The town has many infrastructural services to meet a variety of family needs. modernized hospital services, great school system, Zoned as agricultural with a stream (Trout Brook), which winds through this property in the valley, there is an artesian well. In addition, a geological study was performed that indicates a large aquafer on the property ideal for any company needing an unlimited source of water that could be used for a water bottling company, winery, or brewery. I have a wonderful logo that I developed from the history of this property which will be passed on with the sale of the property that can be used by the new owner for marketing and promotion. I feel because of the Battle of Snowshoes here on this lovely property that there is a strong marketing aspect to generate additional funds from either having events, re-enactments, along with all kinds of different historical memento gifts from the existing logo. New potential renditions of the current logo could be modified or enhanced with images of General LordHowe. Here in Ticonderoga, there is a great need for a 20-40 room upscale lodge and a fine dining facility with a gorgeous view. Such a facility I feel could send a strong statement throughout the Adirondack Park.

This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Zillow. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources.
