I have 1 room to rent in my home in. The rent $750/month. I in the Oak Tree Ranch Community Park in Ramona Ca. It's a quiet area. You will not be able to park in the driveway, but there are plenty of spaces for parking your car. We have local shops nearby. The room is furnished with bed, dresser. You will have to have your own TV, but will have access to Direct TV and Wifi included in rent. You will be expected to pay half of the utilities, not included in the rent. This usually costs about $170. You as a roommate will have access to all the common areas of the home, living room, laundry room, kitchen and bathroom.
