Very hard to find small acreage (almost 2 acres) in the city with all city utilities. Horses are welcome here. Home and property needs some TLC but is basically in good shape. Pool is currently drained but owner say pump and filter are operable. All surrounding property is small acreage with homes. Lots of room for kids to run, have a horse, garden or just enjoy the country atmosphere. Lake is just a few short blocks away for fishing, boating or skiing. Won't last long so hurry
