Pool is currently drained but owner say pump and filter are operable. All surrounding property is small acreage with homes. Lots of room for kids to run, have a horse, garden or just enjoy the country atmosphere. Lake is just a few short blocks away for fishing, boating or skiing. Won't last long so hurry
